Nuka World Shopper's Paradise is a mod that can be downloaded for Fallout 4. It will add buildings (including a saloon and a barn) and will give you a lot of options in building your own settlement. There are also 18 vendor stands and lots of decorations that you can add to your buildings. This mod aims to make the open market in Nuka World more complete. If you want to test your build, you can disable the Nuka World Shopper's Paradise and you can use the regular build.
